Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book?

You can reserve your party online by going to www.kentchristmasparty.co.uk and then choose the date you require.  Alternatively, you can contact us on info@kentchristmasparty.com or 01227 701042.  We require a 25% deposit to secure the places for you, with a view to settling the final balance 30 days prior to your event date.   
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  The deposits, as well as the balance of your booking can be paid by bank transfer, debit or credit card. 

Can I change my booking?

Please contact us on info@kentchristmasparty.com or 01227 701042 if you would like to amend your booking.  Please note that should you wish to add guests to your booking, this is subject to availability.  If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any monies already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Will we all be able to sit together?

We have several sizes of tables available.  Please note the largest of our table’s seat 12, so any groups of 14 and above will be split between 2 or more tables – these will be placed next to each other.

What’s on the menu?

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a glass of bubbly and a selection of delicious canapes.  

 

We provide a freshly prepared three course festive meal, with tea and coffee served to the tables.  A mince pie station is available after dessert for those that may fancy a little extra nibble during the evening!  The menu can be viewed online by clicking on http://www.kentchristmasparty.co.uk/menu/  

Dietary requirements

 

We have designed special dietary menus alongside our main menu for those guests who are vegetarian, vegan or have an allergy to dairy, gluten or nuts.  For more information please contact us on info@kentchristmasparty.co.uk or 01227 701042.  We must be advised in advance of the night if a special dietary meal is required.

How do I pre-order drinks?

We have several drinks packages available, please see below link for full details.  

Drinks Packages

Please note that you must order a package for everyone in the group.  In addition to our drinks packages; you can also pre-order table wine and water by the bottle, from our carefully selected drinks menu. 

Should your group not wish to purchase a package, you can still pre-purchase drinks tokens, or chose to run a tab behind the bar.  We accept cash and debit/credit cards on the night.

How do I get there?      

 

By Car

If you’re using a ‘Sat Nav.’ device then the address you’ll need is: Thanet Way, Faversham, Kent ME13 9HY

 

Coast bound

A299 (Thanet Way) take the slip after Brenley Corner, sign posted ‘Graveney/Goodnestone.’

Take the next left and go over the bridge and then turn right at the junction.  The venue entrance is on the right.


London bound

A299 (Thanet Way) take the Goodnestone slip road at the Dunster House depot and the entrance to the venue is on the right just past the junction.

Please do not turn off at the A2 for Boughton, follow our directions instead.

 

By Train

 

The event site is conveniently situated near the Brenley Corner interchange between the M2/A299/A2. The nearest railway stations are:

Faversham

Canterbury West

Canterbury East

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, plenty of parking and it’s free

Can I leave my car overnight?

 

We have 24hr security on site, so leaving your car is fine.  Leaving vehicles overnight is done so at your own risk


Is there an age limit?


Our parties can only be attended by guests who are over 16 years old.  Those between 16-18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No alcohol will be severed to anyone under the age of 18.  Anyone caught purchasing a drink for someone under the age of 18 will be asked to leave.  

Are the venues all accessible?


Our venue is accessible to wheelchair users, or those with limited mobility.


Is there a cloakroom?


Yes we have a complimentary cloakroom for guests; all items are left at the owner’s risk.

Are the venues heated?


Yes, we have thermostat controlled heaters throughout our venue.               

Party Night

       
Timings

Doors open from 7pm and the party finishes at 12.30am.  Venue closes at 01:00am.   Guests will be asked to take their seats for dinner at 8pm.

What is the dress code?

We encourage our guests to dress up for our parties, so you will often see large groups of guests in tuxedo’s and long evening dresses, however there is no set code apart from ‘smart.’ 

No sportswear, t-shirts, trainers or jeans are allowed. 

Is there a table plan?

When you enter the venue you will be welcomed by one of our team.  They will sign you in and will give you your table number/s.  We do not set out tables plans or names within groups, however should you wish to compile your own you are welcome to pop name places etc. on your tables from 7pm on the night of your party.
